I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the fact that the hotel is located near the city centre, and it is close to both the bus and train stations. The transportation options were convenient, and I found it easy to explore the city. Additionally, being next to the Sapna Book store, which they claim is Asia's largest, was a great advantage. The breakfast provided was delicious with a wide variety of choices. it was worth the money.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Although the hotel staff was overall helpful and friendly, there were a few miscommunications that caused some frustration. the hotel could benefit from paying closer attention to the cleanliness of linens and towels, which were not always in the best condition.

The hotel is conveniently located near the majestic bus stop and railway station, making it easy to explore the city. it is situated next to Sapna Book store, which is claimed to be Asia's largest, offering a great variety of reading material. the proximity to the bus and train station and the city center makes it convenient for travelers to access different parts of the city. the rooms are nicely renovated and elegant, providing a comfortable stay.
The cleanliness of the sheets and towels needs improvement, as they were not thoroughly cleaned and had marks from previous guests.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff were helpful and provided good service throughout our stay.- The food at the hotel was delicious, and we enjoyed every meal we had there.
The managers and reception staff were not welcoming and at times even rude. The lack of basic amenities like a kettle in the room was inconvenient, as we had to rely on the room service for a simple cup of tea.
